Turkey and Cheese Sliders

Being a working mom I have very little time in the evenings to prepare dinner.  Not to mention that my kids are usually ready to eat as soon as we walk in the door.  So, here is an easy dinner that everyone will dive into. Serve these sandwiches with your favorite chips, fruit, or side dish.

 Ingredients:
1 pkg. of 12 King's Hawaiian rolls (or egg rolls from the bakery)
1 lb. sliced turkey
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind you like)
1/4 c. Italian dressing
aluminum foil

Directions:
1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Cover bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil.
2.  Cut rolls in half, placing bottoms in pan.  Top with turkey, cheese, and dressing.
3.  Cover sandwiches with aluminum foil.
4.  Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until browned and cheese is slightly melted.  Serve immediately.

Leftover Meatsauce Sandwiches

This was a great sandwich that I came up with on my lunch break one day.  I came home and found leftover spaghetti meatsauce in the fridge from the night before.  Bummer...no pasta left.  Not to worry, I put it on a hotdog bun with cheese and threw it in the oven.  To my happiness, it turned out great.  So the next time you have some leftover sauce try these.  You won't be disappointed.

Ingredients:
leftover spaghetti meat sauce
hot dog buns
cheese

Directions:
1.  Open hot dog buns and lay flat on baking sheet.
2.  Spoon sauce onto buns, sprinkle with cheese.
3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
