Welcome to #BrunchWeek 2020 hosted by Love and Confections and A Kitchen Hoor's Adventures!
This is our 8th year of #BrunchWeek and while it is a little different
this year, 22 bloggers are excited to share all our favorite Brunch
recipes. We have a huge variety including French toast, danish, waffles,
pancakes, hash, fruit salad, cocktails, mocktails, vegan, keto, and
plenty of desserts! We hope you enjoy all our Brunch recipes!
My next contribution are these Turkey and Cheese Rollups. These were and easy and quick fix while we were home quarantined this spring from COVID-19.
Makes 12 rolls
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
shredded cheese
sliced turkey
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie or cake pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent rolls into 4 rectangles, press together at the seams.
- Top with a slice of turkey and shredded cheese.
- Starting on short edge of rectangle, roll up tightly and cut with a serrated knife into 3 rolls.
- Place evenly separated in pan with a spiral side up.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
