My last contribution are these fun and healthy Yogurt Fruit Pops. They are perfect for a unique breakfast, after school snack, or dessert. With a touch of Barlean's Omega Pals dietary supplement, you can't go wrong!
Ingredients:
1 c. strawberries, diced small
1 1/2 tsp. Barlean's Omega Pals Straw-nana Flax oil
popsicle molds
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spoon into popsicle molds, tap against counter to release any bubbles, top with the stick.
- Freeze overnight.
- Run warm water over mold until pops come out easily. Enjoy!
