Today, I have created delicious puff pies featuring products from Nordic Ware and Wewalka. #nordicware #easypuffpastry. They are warm, flakey, and melt in your mouth. Filled with apples and topped with cinnamon and sugar, they make your house smell amazing! I received these products to create this post. all opinions are my own.
Ingredients:
can of apple pie filling
1 egg white
cinnamon and sugar mixture
Directions:
- Unwrap and unroll dough onto a baking sheet. (I used the Nordic Ware Prism Half Sheet. Such a great pan! I also love how the dough comes on it's own parchment paper).
- Cut into 8 rectangles.
- Chop pie filling into smaller apple chunks.
- Spoon pie filling along middle of each rectangle.
- Roll lengthwise facing crease down.
- Press ends together with a fork.
- Pierce each pie with a knife on the top a few times.
- Brush egg white over each pie.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 14 - 16 minutes.
- Serve warm or cool.
