Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (2 oz.) pkgs. thin-sliced ham, diced into small pieces
4 green onions, diced
crackers (for a gluten-free option, serve with gluten free crackers)
plastic wrap
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Place onto plastic wrap. Wrap and form into football shape.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Roll in pecans. Refrigerated until serving.
- Add green onion as the stitches of the football. Serve with crackers of your choice.
This would be great on the Super Bowl Party buffet. We're having a party to showcase Super Bowl snacks. Love it you ran over.
