Snow Ice Cream
1 extra large bowl full of snow, fluffy not mashed
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
Milk
Milk
Mix snow, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla together (I like to use a potato masher). Add milk until the creaminess you desire...eat
immediately. It melts quite fast!! Add your favorite
toppings...chocolate chips, bananas, nuts, chocolate syrup etc... The
remaining ice cream (if you have any) can be frozen. However, you will
have to slightly defrost it and mix it up again. Otherwise, it tends to
form a hard rock.

Snow cream! I always thought this was so cool growing up. Too bad we never have any snow around here to make any!

I have never heard of snow ice cream before. And, perfect timing on posting this, we recently moved to rural Missouri, and in the last week now have about 16 inches of snow on the ground!
