Cucumber sandwiches

My hubby put together these tasty appetizers for a family gathering last night.  They were introduced to us a couple weeks ago by our neighbors.  After a hot day at the lake, our neighbor brought these out as a refreshing treat before lunch.  We couldn't leave them alone.  So simple, crisp, and light for a summer's day!!

Ingredients:
cucumbers
seasoned cream cheese (we used Philadelphia Spinach and Artichoke)
turkey

Peel and slice cucumbers into slices.  Top with a tsp. of cream cheese and piece of turkey.  Enjoy!!

  11. I am on the look out for cucumber recipes because I have a bunch right now. These look really yummy! Is the turkey like cooked thanksgiving turkey or turkey breast?

    1. Thanks for visiting my blog. And congrats on your first linky party. They are so much fun!! I host one on Thursdays. Come visit any time. The turkey in this recipe is just turkey breast. I like it best with the thin sliced from the deli. This was simply cut off of a turkey breast.

I have linked up this recipe and another one of my favorites to your blog. I'm also following you on Facebook. Please follow me back.

      Thanks,
