Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

My first contribution are these easy Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes made in the air fryer sponsored by Hamilton Beach.  They are a quick breakfast or fun after school snack.

Ingredients:
can of refrigerated biscuits
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
  1. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick spray.
  4. Place 8 dough balls into basket, leaving space between each one.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
  6. Immediately roll in cinnamon and sugar.  Enjoy!!

Confetti Donuts



These donuts are a favorite in my house.  They are quick, fun, and colorful.  My kids love to eat them warm with the glaze dripping off.  Plus, they make your house smell amazing!!

Makes: 10 donuts

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
9 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. confetti sprinkles

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
  1. Preheat donut machine. 
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. 
  3. Whisk in the butter, milk and egg until mixture forms a smooth batter. Add sprinkles and mix through.  Transfer to a piping bag.
  4. Spray machine with non-stick spray. Fill bases with half of the batter.  Close lid and cook for 6 minutes or until donuts are golden and cooked. 
  5. Transfer to a wire rack for cooling. Dip in glaze.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
