Today, I'm featuring Costco's Kirkland meat lasagna. After watching a special TV program about Costco I decided to try the lasagna. I was very suprised at how good it was. Simply put it in the oven, cook for the time specified, and enjoy. It wasn't runny, the noodles were fully cooked, and I was impressed. I served it with garlic cheese bread as our side. For the price, there was no way I could create a homemade lasagna. It fed my family of 4 for 2 full meals, and still have leftovers. So, if you haven't tried it yet make sure you do. It will make a "simple" meal in your home without any prep and thought.
