Turkey and Cheese Sliders
Being a working mom I have very little time in the evenings to prepare dinner. Not to mention that my kids are usually ready to eat as soon as we walk in the door. So, here is an easy dinner that everyone will dive into. Serve these sandwiches with your favorite chips, fruit, or side dish.
1 pkg. of 12 King's Hawaiian rolls (or egg rolls from the bakery)
1 lb. sliced turkey
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind you like)
1/4 c. Italian dressing
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil. Cut rolls in half, placing bottoms in pan. Top with turkey, cheese, and dressing. Cover sandwiches with aluminum foil. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until browned and cheese is slightly melted. Serve immediately.
